“My Love, My Loss, My History is a record about the kinds of loves that changes you; and the kind of healing that brings you back to yourself.” - George Richard

My Love, My Loss, My History
Debut Album • December 12, 2025
George Richard, the New York–based Pop/R&B artist turning real-life stories into soul anthems, releases his debut album My Love, My Loss, My History, a cinematic, emotionally honest body of work that moves through love, heartbreak, healing, and self-rediscovery.
Blending warm basslines, layered harmonies, and intimate storytelling, the album captures the full emotional spectrum: the quiet devotion of staying, the ache of letting go, and the strength it takes to choose yourself again.
It’s music for people who feel deeply, remember everything, and still believe in love anyway.
Key Single: “Not For Show”
Produced by Byron Brown and Jeff Stults, Not For Show is a soulful mid-tempo groove that strips away grand gestures and focuses on the kind of love that shows up consistently, no audience required.
“This song is about love that doesn’t need an audience,” says George. “It’s not fireworks or performance; it’s the kind that stays when no one’s watching.”
Artist Bio
George Richard’s path to music is as striking as his sound. After years working on Wall Street, he stepped away from finance to build an independent career defined by creative control, emotional honesty, and bold storytelling.
A writer as much as a vocalist, George first shared his voice on the page as a co-author of The Expanding Man Chronicles; then brought that same depth into music, turning personal history into songs that feel both intimate and universal.
Following his breakout EP The Beginning (with visuals shot in New York City and Rio de Janeiro, his hometown), George now steps fully into his debut era with My Love, My Loss, My History, a record that’s raw, polished, and unmistakably his own.
